Kitchen for preparation of medicinal mud GK-1-80is designed for carrying out necessary operations during preparation of medicinal mud for therapeutic use. It can be used in outpatient, inpatient and health resort medical organizations, as well as in health complexes, centers of aesthetic medicine, cosmetology and SPA salons using purified mud of various mineral composition as a therapeutic factor.

The Kitchen may consist of:

• boiler for preparation of medicinal mud GK-1-80 (capacity 80l, performs the functions of stirring, heating and spilling of medicinal mud)
• a working table (designed for carrying out the necessary operations in preparation of medicinal mud). a 2-section working table with 2 cabinets with doors - 1300х980±30х760; a 3-section working table with 2 cabinets with doors and open section for trays - 2000х980±30х760. Can be equipped with a sink with a mixer (optional).
• a trolley (intended for transportation of buckets with medicinal mud to the place of direct procedure)

The boiler is made of stainless steel with double walls filled with heat carrier for constant and uniform heat exchange. The external panels are made of stainless steel. High level of thermal insulation is provided by additional thermal insulation. The cover is equipped with: an opening sensor that stops stirring; a pneumatic lift for easy opening.

Equipment of the boiler:

- The whole structure is made entirely of stainless steel and equipped with height-adjustable legs.
- The boiler is made of stainless steel, with a shirt filled with oil coolant, heating is carried out by a heating unit with a capacity of 4.5 kW.
- A quiet, durable gear motor with a safety switch.
- A double stirring impeller for uniform mixing and heating of mud mass.
- The boiler cover is made of stainless steel, equipped with Lift-o-mat system, with gas spring support.
- A reliable drain valve DN 100 for intake of heated application mass.

The working table is made of stainless steel, designed for carrying out the necessary operations in preparation of medicinal mud for therapeutic application. It can be equipped with additional equipment: a sink, a cold and hot water mixer.

The trolley is intended for transportation of buckets with prepared therapeutic mud during preparation and carrying out of procedures or for storage of medicinal mud. The trolley is made of stainless steel. Equipped with swivel wheels with locking mechanisms, a handle.
A bucket of 12 liters comes with the trolley.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

- The choice of temperature modes of application mass heating from 40 to 80 in increments of 5 degrees.
- Permanent stirring mode with timer control from 0 to 60 min.
- Pulse mode of mixing and heating.
- Indication of operating modes: network control, pulse mixing mode control, readiness temperature/temperature of heating of the mud mass to the set temperature.
- Overheat protection.
- Cold start protection (stirring when temperature reaches 40°C).
- Safety switch of the stirring impellers in case of opening the top cover of the boiler.
